General
How long I can keep my free account in arcilook?
The "free account" is not limited by time.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Once your package runs to an end you can upgrade or downgrade your package.
If you wish to downgrade remember that some of your oldest files won’t be saved.
Are there any device requirements to use arcilook.com?
Using arcilook.com you don’t have to install anything. All you need is a web browser! Arcilook
runs on every browser apart from IE, where Co-Sketch is not working properly.
How to change e-mail?
Once you sign in, go to "Account settings" (in the drop down menu). After entering this site you
will see the mail you currenly use. There is a blue link "change" on the right of the e-mail. Just
click on it and you will see a "Change e-mail form".
I don’t remember my password?
Go to "workflow" link at the top of the page. Once you get there, just click on a blue link: Cannot
access account or forgot your password.
How to contact specialist?
Go to chosen specialist’s profile and send him/her a message via turguoise link: Quick inquiry on
top of Specialist’s details.
How can I add references?
Go to Account link (top right corner), then Edit profile link. You will find Add references link in the
sidebar!

What is workflow?
It gathers latest information from all projects under a chosen company. It consis
Who can use workflow?
Anyone who is somehow connected with the building industry, as well as graphic designers.
How much does it cost to use workflow?
There are four types of packages(one of them is free). Choose the one that mostly suits you, check
at: e-commerce.arcilook.com.
Projects
How many projects can I create?
It depends on your package. Once you sign in, go to "Account settings" and check how many
projects you can have.
How to create a project?
Go to "My projects" button (top right corner) click on it and choose "New project" link.
How to delete a project?
Go to the chosen project details and choose a link "Delete project". Remember: you can only delete
the project if you are a manager of this project.
How to see each Project details?
Go to "All projects" link in the "My projects" button. Once you see the projects list, just choose the
one which details you would like to view, and click on its name.
How to edit project?
Go to the chosen project details and choose a link "Delete project". Remember: you can only delete
the project if you are a manager of this project.
Companies
Company named with my Name and Surname.
Once you register in arcilook, the Company named with your Name and Surname is automatically
created.
Why do I need companies?
You need companies to create projects, co-sketches etc. under them. You can also add members to
your company. Members of your company will have access to all your projects and all information
concerning this company.
Types of companies:
- Companies (named with your name and surname) are automatically created once you set up an account on arcilook. If you don’t have any specific company you can work on this one.
- If you are company owner, you can create a new one and work on this one.
Can I edit a Company named with my name and surname?
No you cannot edit such company, you can create a new company though.
How to see company details?
To visit company details go to All companies in the drop down menu in the top right corner.
Once you see the list of companies, choose the one you wish to view and click the chosen company.
What is the difference between the companies I manage and those I don’t?
If you manage a company, you have access to all its details, like members and projects.

How to edit company details?
Go to All companies link (It can be found under a button- top right corner. The button is named
with the recently used company name). Once you see this page choose a company you want to edit.
The moment you enter the company details, you will see a sidebar on the right. Choose "Edit
company" link to do so.
Offers
How can I add Offers and Auctions?
Sign in to your account and choose Add offer or Add auction button, then fill the form.
How can I reply to Offers and Auctions?
Sign in, than go to Offers tab and choose the Offer you are interested in. Once you see the Offer/
Auction details you will find a "Reply form" at the bottom of the page.
Who can add offers?
Anyone who is registered in arcilook.com.
How long is an Offer or Auction valid?
So far it has no expiry date, but it will be changed into 30 days.
Tasks
What are tasks?
Tasks can be one-day events or long term. You can create and assign a task to everyone who is a
member in your project.
How to create and assign a new task?
Once you have created a project, go to "Tasks" or "Calendar" Tab and create a new task (there is a
button that says that).
Can I attach files to Tasks?
Yes. There is an upload field in the create New task form, just add your attachment there.
How to remove a Task?
Only task managers can remove tasks. To do so, go to Tasks Tab and choose a task you want to
remove, click on it and once the page is reloaded choose a link "Remove task" from the sidebar on
your right.
Can I comment on tasks?
Yes, go to Task details and you will find a link "Add comment" there.
Do users get reminders about Task due dates?
No they don’t. All relevant data about Tasks is visible in Workflow or Overview. Tasks have
different colours suggesting what tasks are the most important.
Files
Can I upload several files at once?
Yes, just hold "Shift" button and choose files you want to add.
Does arcilook.com support all file types?
Yes, you can upload any type of file.
What is drag’n’drop for?
There are three levels of access in File Manager (Private, Public, Protected). If you want to change
the accessiblity to some files by ex. project membres, just drag the selected file from one folder, and
drop it in the other.
How to upload a file?
Just go to "Files" Tab and use the button "Upload files", at the top of the page.
How to create a folder?
Go to "Files" Tab, there is a sidebar on the right. Depending on accessibility where you would
like your new folder to be placed, choose(and mark with your mouse) Private,
Protected or Public folder under which your new folder will be created. The new folder will
have the same level of access as the parent one. Later click the button "New folder" and
create a folder. As simple as that!
How many files can I add to my account?
There is no limit in the number of files you can store, but in the quota limit for each package.
Depending which package you have, you can use different amount of quota on the server.
How can I remove a file?
There is a link under each file in the File Manager "Delete". Use it to remove each file.
How to remove a folder?
You can’t remove folders Private, Protected and Public, as they are system folders.You can
only remove folders which were created by you. Once you choose the folder you plan to
remove, 2 icons will appear on the right side of the folder (Rename and Delete). By
clicking "Delete" icon you will remove the marked folder.
Is there a maximum file size I can upload?
Yes, it is 1GB.
How will I know if I'm running out of storage space?
There is information about it in the "Files" Tab in the sidebar. Once the deadline is comming you
will also get an e-mail.
What does the "Co-sketch" link under each file mean?
You can directly use all files with the "Co-sketch" link as a Co-sketch background.
Billing questions
Can I be charged via invoice instead of credit card?
No. The only way to pay for the package is using credit card.
How can I change my details shown on the payment?
Sign in, go to pricing link(top bar), choose "Payments" Tab and choose "Edit my profile" button.
How do I change my credit card details?
You can only change your credit card details by signing in to your Skrill account.
What currency will arcilook.com bill in?
Euros or Polish zloty, but you can pay in any currency.
Will I receive a monthly VAT invoice?
To get the invoice every month you have to send us a special e-mail request. If you wish to receive
invoices send such request to info@arcilook.com.

What kind of information can I find on blog?
Go to news.arcilook.com. All you ca find on our website is categorized in the "category"
section.
How can I add comments on blog posts?
Just click on the link "Comments" at the bottom of each post and it will show you the comments
section.
