1. Functioning of service
Arcilook provides all users with access to a variety of on-line resources, including, online forums, shopping services, personalized content, etc. Unless new properties are introduced to enhance the content of Arcilook the current TOS are valid. New services shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. Using Arcilook.com means you agree to any possible deletion, mis-delivery or failure in storage of personal data or settings, as Arcilook assumes no responsibility to it. In order to use the Services, you must have access to the World Wide Web.
2. Acceptance of the Terms

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Arcilook has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Arcilook has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.

4. International use
Taking into consideration global nature of the Internet the whole Service is in English. It enables you, no matter where you are from, to use arcilook.com and all its Services if only you can speak English.
As the Service is aimed to work worldwide you agree to comply with all local laws and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Generally, you agree to abide all applicable laws, especially those regarding transmission of technical data.
By using arcilook.com, you agree to use its Services only for purposes that are permitted by the applicable law.
You agree not to violate any local, state, national or international law both intentionally or unintentionally.

Arcilook.com takes no responsibility for the content that you upload, post, email or transmit.
You acknowledge that you may be exposed to offensive or indecend content by using the Services, so in this respect, you use the Services at your own risk.
You agree and understand the responsibility of providing your personal data as well as maintaining the confidentiality of passwords connected with any account on arcilook.com.
You agree to take the whole responsibility for what happens under your account.
If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify arcilook.com straightaway.
You acknowledge that arcilook.com is not a marketplace where users may act as buyers and providers, so arcilook.com takes no responsibility to the third party’s agreements, any acts or omissions. Arcilook surrender the responsibility of the reliability, capability, or qualifications of the providers as well as the quality, reliability, security and legality of work delivered to the buyer.
Any works made by providers for the buyer shall be viewed as work for hire. In consequence all rights to the works are reserved to the buyer, who automatically becomes the author and the owner, of these works. If no other mandatory law is applicable, all proprietary rights to the work product shall vest in buyer upon creation. Provider hereby agrees to cede all the proprietary rights following the creation, thereby the buyer is granted unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid and unconditional license to use and commercialize the Work Product now as well as in the future. In order to ensure that buyer will be able to acquire and use proprietary rights, provider should:
- transfer possession, ownership and title to media containing work product to buyer.
- sign all the documents requested by the buyer.
- provide buyer with support and reasonable access to the information. You agree and understand that you are fully responsible for any breach of your obligations under Terms of Service.
You agree and understand that:
No links promoting other Services may be provided on arcilook.com without prior permission.
No minors can be harmed through arcilook.com
No forged headers, otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to access any information.
No infringements of any patents, trade marks and secrets, copyright or any other proprietary rights.
Upload, post, email and transmit any materials that contain software viruses or other codes that might interrupt, destroy or limit use of arcilook.com are strictly forbidden.
No unsolicited or unauthorized advertising is permitted via arcilook.com

7. Fees and payments
The fees applicable for Arcilook are available at Arcilook's Pricing Arcilook reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you (which may be sent by email to the address you have most recently provided us).
If payment is not received by the end of the given 30 day time period, user's account will be frozen, inaccessible, and all shared links will be turned off until all outstanding payments have been processed by Arcilook. Users retain the responsibility for settling all outstanding balances in a timely manner and maintaining updated billing information. If not complied with, at the end of 90 days, user's account will be deactivated and all files will no longer be retrievable.
Arcilook.com is a Service enabling users to find buyers and providers of certain services. Arcilook does not take any responsibility to the payments made by buyers and made by providers.
Provider acknowledges and agrees that any employees or agents shall have any claim under this Terms of Service for overtime pay, sick leave, holiday or vacation pay, retirement benefits, worker’s compensation benefits, or employee benefits of any kind from buyer. The buyer will also not deduct any amount for the unemployment, Social Security or other taxes. Provider is fully responsible for all tax returns and other payments required to be filled with. Provider agrees to accept entire liability for complying with all applicable laws. Provider also agrees to defend buyer against any and all such taxes including penalties.
Provider understands and agrees to provide all necessary documents confirming the payment of appropriate fees and taxes.
Arcilook.com has no responsibility to issue and deliver any formal invoices to providers as well as to buyers. Providers are fully responsible for issuing any invoices, required by applicable law, to buyers. Provider shall also be solely responsible for: determining whether provider or arcilook.com is required by applicable law to remit to the appropriate authorities any value added tax or any other taxes or similar charges applicable to the provider fees.
Buyer will be invoiced for provider fees according to the agreement between buyer and provider.
Payment for the service will be conducted by e-commerce application. Only credit cards shown on the e-commerce system(powered by Skrill) will be accepted. The requested invoice for the transaction will be sent to the user within 7 days from the time the means are recorded on the arcilook.com account. The user hereby authorizes arcilook.com to run credit card authorizations on all credit cards provided by users, to store credit card details as user’s method of payment for services and to charge user’s credit card or any other form of payment authorized by arcilook.com mutually agreed between users and arcilook.com.
You understand and agree that all payments connected with or directly related to the service should be made through the payment channels
indicated by arcilook.com
8. Audit rights
Any specialist who is using arcilook.com should bear in mind that creating and maintaining records of transactions is obligatory to document the satisfaction of the obligation and compliance with tax laws. You should be able to provide Arcilook with any necessary copies of such records requested by Arcilook and all their agents and advisors.
9. Termination of cooperation
You agree that Arcilook in its sole discretion may terminate your usage of the Service( your password, account) as well as discard and remove any content within the Service. Arcilook may act this way for any reason, i.e. lack of use, if Arcilook believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms of Service. Arcilook may also in its sole discretion discontinue providing the Service or any other part.
10. Returns
Our return policy for all Arcilook products and price plans is as follows:
Returns of the price plans are not possible.
As for the rest of our products offerd by Arcilook, not via any other website arcilook will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 60 days from the date of purchase. (available on our website)
11. Links
Arcilook.com or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because arcilook.com has no control over such sites and resources, you understand and agree that arcilook.com takes no responsibility for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not approve and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You also acknowledge and agree that arcilook.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resources.
12. General
The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Arcilook and govern your use of the Service, replacing any prior agreements between you and arcilook.com.
This agreement does not constitute an employment agreement.
Using arcilook.com, you may use or download a piece of software, or purchase goods, which are provided by another person or company. Your use of these in question are subject to separate Terms of Service provided by the person or company concerned and these Terms are no longer effectual.
Using arcilook.com user agrees that arcilook uses the google tracking tool.
You understand and agree that arcilook.com may send you notices, alerts, including those regarding changes to the Service itself or those made to the Terms of Service.
Arcilook.com may also amend the Terms without prior notice.
You understand and agree that all legal rights and remedies that are not exercised or enforced through these Terms of Service, can not be taken to be a formal waiver of arcilook.com rights. You acknowledge that these rights and remedies will still be available to arcilook.com.
If any entity, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter decide that any part of the Terms of Service is inaccurate or invalid, then this part will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest, that will still continue to be valid and enforceable.
The relationship between you and arcilook.com will be governed by the laws of Poland no matter what the law provisions of your country are.
13. Changes
Arcilook may make changes to these Terms of Service so you must check it from time to time to stay updated. Any changes will be added to these Terms of Service.
You accept and agree that using the Service after the date on which this agreement has changed means you have accepted the updated Terms of Service.
